I won the Queen’s Anniversary Prize 2019-2020, which is the highest national recognition in the UK for the ‘Mother Tongue Other Tongue’ project. The Mother Tongue Other Tongue project is a multilingual poetry competition that celebrates cultural diversity and the many languages spoken in schools in the UK.
